Product Information:
SCCARE NPR S is a low hardness NBR/PVC blend in the polymer ratio of 3:2 with special additives of Polymeric Plasticizers, Internal Lubricants, Stablizers and Anti-Oxidants for easy compounding /blending. Due to its low hardness as compared to other NBR/PVC grades it is highly recommended for use in expanded Micro Cellular Sponge products. Also, for use in low hardness printing rolls and high oil, ozone and flex-crack resistant products.
Processing Characteristics:
Easily processible on conventional rubber processing machines. Very quick filler and plastic absorption. Warm mixing mill roll or processing chamber recommended for best results.
Can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures upto 140°C.

Curing:
Conventional Sulphur or Peroxide Curing Systems.
Applications:
Very light weight micro-cellular open and closed celled and expanded foam/sponge products like footwear, insulation sheets, sports goods, toys, sound proofing sheets, oil and ozone resistant sheets and moulded articles, health-care products, lining, printing rolls, profiles, etc. Also, moulded goods, soft extruded profiles, etc.
