Product Information:

SCCARE NPR7060 is non-staining, oil, abrasion, weather and low temperature flex resistant polymer using Low Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber and a special grade of Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin.

Processing Characteristics:

Very easily Processible on Conventional Rubber processing/compounding machines. Very good filler and plasticizer absorption makes compounding cycle quick, cast saving and labour saving. Warm mixing mill compounding is recommended for best results. Can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Recommended plasticizers are DOP, DOS, DBP, TCR, CPO and other Aromatic Paraffinic based softeners are not recommended.

Curing:

Sulphur or peroxide curing systems to be used. NBR/PVC is slow curing hence a high dosage of accelerators are recommended.

Gasonline Tubings and Hose, Covers, LPG Tubing, Auto Parts, Gaskets, Oil Resistant shoe Soles, Rubber Sheets and Extruded Rybber Parts. Expanded sheets for insulation, Auto weather strips, Low temp, resistant products.
